Educators are responsible for providing genuine qualifications, certifications, and experience details. Schools must post authentic job vacancies and handle applicant data ethically and responsibly.
Users are solely responsible for the accuracy, validity, and legality of all information and documents uploaded to the platform.
Use of the platform is governed by the Privacy Policy and applicable Indian data protection laws. School & Staff takes reasonable measures to protect user data but does not guarantee absolute security.
Users must not misuse the platform, submit false information, engage in harassment, attempt unauthorized access, or violate any applicable laws or regulations.
Platform services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues. Continuous or uninterrupted access is not guaranteed.
School & Staff shall not be responsible for hiring decisions, employment outcomes, or disputes arising between schools and educators.
Accounts may be suspended or terminated at any time if users violate these Terms & Conditions or misuse the platform.
All platform content, branding, and design elements are the intellectual property of School & Staff. User-generated content remains the property of the user but may be displayed for hiring-related purposes.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction shall lie exclusively with Indian courts.
School & Staff reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
